Returning a Large Item: Help Topics & FAQs

For the purposes of this returns policy, "large/heavy item" means any item that is 30 kg or heavier, e.g. a treadmill or weights set.

The following applies should you wish to return a large/heavy item:

14-day returns guarantee

If you are unhappy with your large/heavy item, you may return it to SportSupermarket.com within 14 days of the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

This does not affect Your Statutory Rights.

Defective large items

If the item is defective, please visit our Returns Section. SportSupermarket.com reserve the right for our specialist repair service to contact you to discuss the defect and, if necessary, arrange to assess the item in person. They will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. If it cannot be repaired, we will at our discretion arrange to replace the item.
