Cancelling Orders placed via Amazon

If you would like to cancel an order placed via the Amazon.co.uk website and to ensure your request is actioned as quickly and efficiently as possible, we ask that you use the Amazon Contact Seller form to make your request, clearly stating your intent to cancel as well as your Amazon Order Number (OrderId) in the "Comments" field provided.

If you have any problems using the Amazon Contact Seller form or simply want to contact us directly, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the "Contact us" link at the foot of any page, or click here.
2. In the Contact Form, please select the "Cancelling an Order" subject
3. Enter your First Name, Last Name and Email address into the form fields provided
4. Enter your Amazon Order Number and any other information you feel necessary into the "Message/Question/Comment" area of the form
5. Click the "Send Message" button at the foot of the form
